We request this information to protect your privacy and because it is required by accounting software providers during account setup — the business owner's SSN/ITIN must be on file, as GYSIO cannot establish or claim ownership of any client's business.

This is the date your filing cleared with the state — it will appear on the Articles of Organization provided at filing.
3Current Bookkeeping Setup
4Services Needed
Catch-up / clean-up bookkeeping means going back to the beginning of the year (or further, if needed) to review, reconcile, and bring your accounts fully current before ongoing monthly bookkeeping can begin.
5Document Delivery Preference
Client Portal Upload: A Client Portal Upload gives you secure access to a private file portal with GYSIO. Files uploaded there — including bank statements — are received by GYSIO securely and in real time.
Bank Feed Integration: If selected, GYSIO will send an email requesting third-party access to connect your bank account directly to the accounting software, in addition to collecting your monthly statements to balance and reconcile the account.
Drop Off In Person: Our office is located in Carlsbad, CA. If you are located outside our service area, please choose another document delivery option above.

All business formation documents from the IRS and applicable state are required with this submission — including your IRS EIN Letter, Articles of Organization, and Operating Agreement (or equivalent formation documents for your entity type).
